Private Governance
Vote without revealing your holdings, or your vote, until the count.
What it does
On a transparent chain, governance leaks twice: a vote reveals how large a holder is, and early votes steer later ones. Both distort the outcome. This module is designed so a voter proves they are entitled to vote and how much weight they carry without publishing the holding behind it, and ballots stay sealed until the count, so nobody votes with the running tally in front of them. The result and the arithmetic remain publicly verifiable. Designed for SBX DAO, which is in development.
Powers
How it works
Private Governance wraps DAO Governance. ZK Identity establishes who may vote, ballots stay sealed until the count, and Timelock Execution gives the ecosystem time to react before a passed decision takes effect.

Step 1 of 3: Prove. A voter proves entitlement and voting weight without publishing the holding behind it.
Key capabilities
Eligibility proved, holding private
A voter demonstrates the right to vote and their weight without revealing their position.
Sealed ballots until the count
Early votes cannot steer later ones, which is how small turnouts get captured.
Publicly verifiable result
Anyone can check the count was performed correctly on the ballots cast.
No vote-by-running-tally
Removing the live scoreboard removes the most common governance distortion.
