What it does
Every offering comes with documents — a prospectus or memorandum, valuations, financials, constitutional papers — and an investor needs to know they are reading the version the issuer actually published. This module is designed to hold those documents with controlled access, and to anchor a fingerprint of each on chain, so a document can be proved to be the one that was published at that date and not a later or altered copy. In development.
How it works
The Data Room is what an investor reads before subscribing. The Investor Portal presents it, and the Attestation Registry anchors the evidence that a document is the published one.
Select a step to replay it. Hover to pause.
Step 1 of 3: Publish. An issuer uploads the offering documents and sets who may see each of them.
Key capabilities
Controlled document access
Access is granted by investor or class, not by circulating a link.
On-chain anchoring
A fingerprint is anchored so the document’s existence and date are provable.
Version and publication history
Superseded versions remain traceable rather than quietly replaced.
Proof a document is unaltered
An investor can check that what they received matches what was published.
