Keeper & Automation
Scheduled and triggered actions, run reliably on chain.
What it does
A contract cannot wake itself up. Distributions due on a date, a valuation that has gone stale, a vesting tranche that has come due, a gate that should lift — all of it needs something to call the contract at the right moment, reliably, including at three in the morning on a bank holiday. This module is designed to run those scheduled and conditional actions, with retries, alerting when one fails, and a record of what ran. In development.
How it works
Keeper & Automation is what makes scheduled things actually happen. Monitoring & Alerting notices when one does not, and the Audit Trail records what ran and when.

Step 1 of 3: Schedule. An action is registered for a date, or for a condition that may become true.
Key capabilities
Scheduled actions
Distributions, vesting releases and periodic tasks run on their date without someone remembering.
Condition-triggered actions
An action can wait for a condition — a stale valuation, a breached threshold — rather than a clock.
Retries and failure alerts
A failed run is retried and escalated, not silently skipped.
A record of what ran
Automation is auditable, because unattended actions are the ones most worth reviewing.
