What it does
A decentralised network is only useful if the capacity it advertises is real. The Node Registry is designed to record each site and node, with operators staking to join. Delivered work is checked through attestations of the compute actually performed, uptime is monitored, and operators who miss commitments can be penalised through slashing, with an insurance reserve to protect users. Each data-centre site can be represented as a unique token (ERC-721). It is designed for SBX GRID.

How it works
The Node Registry is the source of truth for GRID capacity. The Compute Marketplace only schedules onto verified nodes, Data Oracles relay uptime and usage, and governance sets the staking and slashing parameters.
