Subscriptions & Escrow

Pledges, subscriptions and escrowed funds until an offering closes.

What it does

Before an asset is issued, investors need a safe way to commit. This module runs the subscription window: verified investors pledge or subscribe, their funds are held in on-chain escrow, and when the offering meets its terms the tokens are issued and the funds released. If an offering does not close, escrowed funds are returned automatically. It powers the pledge flow in SBX Prime.

How it works

Subscriptions & Escrow runs before the Tokenisation Engine mints. It checks each investor through the Compliance Engine, holds funds until the offering closes, and hands settlement to the Settlement Engine when tokens are issued.
