Platform Offerings
Time-boxed primary sales of ERC-3643 assets, where investors receive the asset’s token itself, or get every payment back.
What it does
An issuer creates a sale for its asset and the client approves it; the approval fixes the fee rates investors were shown, so what they see is what applies. Investors who have been verified on that platform pay in an approved stablecoin, and the payments are held by the sale’s own contract rather than by the issuer. If the minimum is reached, each investor receives the asset’s ERC-3643 token directly — there is no wrapper token and nothing to claim, and any vesting is a lock on tokens the investor already holds. If the minimum is not reached, or the sale is cancelled, every payment can be refunded in full. A sale’s terms and code are fixed for its whole life, and settlement, issuance and refunds can be triggered by anyone, so no step waits on a single operator. In development.
How it works
Platform Offerings is how an asset reaches its first holders. Tenant Platform & Fees decides who may run the sale and on what terms, the Compliance Engine checks every investor, and Token Distribution & Vesting locks what the terms say should stay locked.

Step 1 of 3: Approve. The issuer creates the sale and the client approves it, fixing the fee rates investors are shown.
Key capabilities
Client approval of every sale
A sale cannot open until the client platform approves it, and that approval fixes the fee rates investors were shown.
Soft and hard caps, and per-investor limits
A minimum to reach, a maximum to stop at, and a ceiling on any one investor, all enforced by the sale itself.
Direct issuance of ERC-3643 tokens
Investors receive the asset’s own token. There is no wrapper to redeem and nothing to claim afterwards.
Vesting locks
Where terms call for it, vesting is a lock on tokens the investor already holds rather than a promise of tokens later.
Automatic refunds
If the minimum is missed or the sale is cancelled, every payment can be refunded in full from the sale’s own contract.
Fixed terms per sale
Each sale’s terms and code are fixed for its whole life, so what investors agreed to cannot be edited underneath them.
