Tenant Platform & Fees
The foundation of a white-label tokenisation platform: clients, their staff and assets, and fees, in one shared, upgradeable set of contracts.
What it does
SUPERBLOCK runs one set of platform contracts, and each client — a bank, an asset manager, an issuer platform — runs its own branded platform on top, with its own assets, staff and fees. A client registry records each one: its admin multisig, where its fees go, the assets it has approved, and the roles its staff hold as issuers and compliance officers. SUPERBLOCK’s fee and the client’s own fee are set separately, each with a ceiling written into the contract, and each party withdraws its own — so an address that cannot receive can never block an investor’s purchase. Creating an asset is one step that produces everything it needs: its own 2-of-3 multisig across the issuer, the client and SUPERBLOCK, a timelock, its compliance rules and its ERC-3643 token. Upgrades go through a public timelock, and an asset’s token can be upgraded only by that asset’s own multisig. In development.
How it works
Tenant Platform & Fees is the ground every client platform stands on. The Tokenisation Engine issues each asset’s token and the Compliance Engine enforces its rules, while the Safe Transaction Builder prepares the admin changes this module will only accept from a multisig.

Step 1 of 3: Register. A client is recorded with its admin multisig, its fee destination and the roles its staff hold.
Key capabilities
Multi-client registry with per-client roles
Each client’s admin multisig, approved assets and staff roles are recorded separately, so one client’s configuration cannot reach another’s.
Two-layer platform fees with hard ceilings
SUPERBLOCK’s fee and the client’s fee are set independently, each bounded by a ceiling written into the contract rather than a setting someone can raise at will.
One-step asset creation with a per-asset multisig
An asset is created with its own 2-of-3 multisig across the issuer, the client and SUPERBLOCK, so no single party controls it.
Timelocked upgrades, with an emergency stop
Upgrades are visible for a fixed period before they can take effect, and an asset’s token can be upgraded only by that asset’s own multisig.
